I thought I would Resurrect this old Thread.
I will be taking a Bike ride to Tahoe and Carson City Saturday morning and stopping at Gunsmith:
    Gene Shuey
    Carson City, NV.
To have the Cominolli Safety installed on my G23.
He is going to install it while I wait
I will give a report when I get back and then again after I have used it for awhile.
    Failure is not an Option

Resurrection?!? The last posts were at Easter after all...

I for one would love to hear your experiences.

I like the idea of the safety because my Glocks would match all my other pistols in function.

When you're there tell Gene the tall red head truck driver said hi. Gene installed mine and took the finger hook off the front of the trigger guard, the finger grooves of the grip and 'high' gripped it too.

I'd have to agree with Mace on this one.

I haven't had any problems with it, though lever could be a little larger. One thing is it's an authorized modification and doesn't affect your warranty from Glock.

Don't have to take it off, just pin it into a depressed position like many match shooters do.

Not talking about the grip safety, but the thumb safety. Though his design the 1905 Military .45acp had neither.

See, even JMB knew how to build a gun before the feds screwed it up.
At least Glock still gets it right today.
