As has been stated, lease works fine.

If you have a CCW permit, that also works. Really, it's only one proof of residency and a photo ID. My CDL is still my old address with handwritten change of address on the back (as DMV said that was fine), but my vehicle reg or my CCW works fine.

I've heard that a notarized lease is acceptable
