    627 Taurus Tracker and Taurus Customer Service

    Last month I purchased a Used Taurus Tracker via an internet site. Nothing came with it, so I decided to call Taurus Customer Service, twice on hold for over an hour and then the wireless landline house phone battery would die. So I wrote a letter, requesting a factory box, 2 Safety keys and a hard copy manual for this revolver. Sent the letter, 14 days later I have a factory lockable box with serial numbered with the correct label on it for this revolver, 2 safety keys and a hard copy manual for this series handgun. Other that the fact getting through on the phone can be difficult at best, their Customer Service was quick to respond to my request. Plus the revolver has become one of my favorites, several hundred rounds down range (gotta slow down a bit on ammo), accurate and no hiccups at all.

    Yes you can have 2 C&R 03 FFL's; 1 in California and 1 in a different state.

      I think highly of Taurus for their quality and their customer service. Sure, it is not as good as some, but they took care of you. I too had a problem once and they took my gun in and repaired it without a question. It took longer than I had hoped, but they took care of me as well. You can be happy with your purchase.

        Yep, I'm very happy with my 627. I did mention to them they needed more Customer Service Reps as an hour plus on hold is abit excessive, and they STILL sent me what I requested!
