I used to want one of these too, and shot really well with one before deciding that DA/SA wasn't for me. Good luck on finding one!

      Yup, they are slightly thicker.

I agree with the 75 SA. Honestly I wouldn't mind picking one up since the sp01 is just so damn heavy.

OP...I hope you were able to speak with Audiophil2 before he was inundated with PMs. He HAD (3) SP01 9mms last night....Now they are sold out. I didnt hesitate to pick up another SP01 once I saw him post the availability. Good guy to deal with, I hope calgunners got the other two!

I am having a nightmare of a time with transferring these guns.

            Mine are cz75 SP-01 91152

            DOJ allows cz75 SP-01 01152

Only difference is the mags. I am learning the severe hassle it is to sell to CA, and the much worse difficulty it is to buy a gun in CA.

It is looking like all my sales to Calgunners on the full size may be cancelled.

I do have CZ75 compacts that are CA compliant at $599 each. I have 3 in stock right now.

Keep your eyes on the private sale forum. I just jailed mine last Thursday after looking for months. I was very close to having one SSE'd but I couldn't justify the expense and I couldn't find a local FFL to do the SSE. When I saw mine on there, I called the guy and told him that I'd take it pending a couple of basic questions. I had a couple slip through my fingers because I asked the questions before telling them I'd take it! You have to check multiple times a day but it can be done! Good luck, they are amazing guns.

Now I just need to find some mags...

Riflegear have some, but price is little too high.. over MSRP, but if you got the money then why not.

The price is not bad, the last time I had seen one was over a year ago at Turners for $650, I still have a picture of it somewhere.
