    With your 9mm, you can buy a XD40 magazine and it will put more 9mm rounds in it than the regular 9mm magazine. just a tip!

      I bought a XD-9 back in February and today was the first chance I had to shoot it. Its an amazing weapon. No misfires, no stove piping. Accuracy is what you can expect from a polymer gun but feels better in my hands than a Glock IMHO. I shot 300 rounds of mixed reloads and Winchester 115 FMJ flawlessly. If you get a XD you'll love it.

          I shot a ported pistol and it was spitting some kind of stuff in my face. I could see it in my protective glasses. Is this cause by ported barrel? Would the XD do the same?
