sounds like the shops that don't want to give you the hsc without commitment on buying a gun is pulling a big d-bag move. I guess they don't want your money eitherInterestingly enough I had a hard time finding a shop to give me the hsc without first commuting to buy a gun from them. I was told that it was a pita to get them ready om the state so they were stingy with them. I ended up getting it at the shop that will sse my 220 when it gets insigpicComment

Yes, that is quite interesting. I plan on just taking the HSC before I buy a gun because I'm not sure whether I'm buying online, or at a store, or at a show...interesting indeed. That's kind of lame of them to do that though.Interestingly enough I had a hard time finding a shop to give me the hsc without first commuting to buy a gun from them. Bought a gun at the Exchange when they were out of the physical cards. Didn't realize my card was expired so I knocked out the test in about 3 minutes without opening the book. Unfortunately, they needed the number off the actual card to complete the paperwork so my 10 day waiting period lasted about three weeks until the cards finally arrived. I hear some places are running out of the cards due to the current frenzy and need to wait for the state to send more."I prefer dangerous freedom over peaceful slavery."
