    Clean your Glock?

Well, not very often, maybe once a year.... It's only been 6 months.

Nice! I clean mine after every trip but I did test its reliability once by shooting a few thousand rounds without cleaning it and it ran 100%. Looked a lot like your pic.

      How many rounds through it?

I can't stand seeing a gun look that dirty. I am offering you a free cleaning service if you're in OC .

I occasionally have a laugh at the expense of folks who don't think that they need to clean their Glock... a student will come to me and ask why their Glock is malfunctioning. Field strip it and find it full of crud that's older than Fred Flintstone - then hand it back and suggest that if they cleaned it once in a while, it might work correctly. Sure enough, it does. The student is surprised... but I'm not.

An additional point - leaving crud in your gun which attracts and holds dirt is like pouring sand into your pistol. This is especially so in the case of folks who overlubricate their Glocks. It will accelerate wear and find its way into small spaces, like the space in your trigger housing, and become solid if you leave it long enough. Luckily for slovenly folks, Glocks have generous tolerances and will operate with a bellyfull of dirt - but's that's not the way they were designed to operate.
I'm retired. That's right, retired. I don't want to hear about the cop who stopped you today or how you didn't think you should get a ticket. That just makes me grumpy!

Way too much lube that is collecting junk and fowling.

i bet OP has more rounds through glocks than everybody in this thread combined.

it's a range gun. i'm sure his HD gun is nice and clean.

You can almost never over lubricate a weapon. How does over lubricating create excessive wear? The benefit of lubrication is it will help funnel crap out of the operating parts and lubricate the crap that its moving. You can run any gun dirty with enough lubrication. I personally would never go that long without cleaning my one of my weapons though. Because cleaning gives you an opportunity to inspect the parts for excessive wear and do some preventative maintenance. I hope your at least cleaning the barrel.

Strip it and put the parts in your dishwasher with 1/3 the amount of detergent. Skip the dry cycle. Blow it out with a compressor when it's done. Will come out squeaky clean, every time.

... and then run an empty cycle with a full load of detergent to clean out 1/2 the world that's currently in your gun.
