Two weeks ago I was at the indoor range to make my lead donation and there was a card on the bulletin board for a Series 70 Government Model. The price was about average for those advertised on GB for sale to citizens of free states. I called the guy to see what kind of condition it was in. After all I don't need another 1911, I'm just curious. The guy lives close to the range and was there in a few minutes. Oh well, just one more and then I'll stop buying 1911s.
