They got SWAMPED. The morning after the election and that shipping delay thing went up on the site. I think they got a zillion-and-a-half orders. I've ordered from them multiple times in the past and it shipped within 24 hours, and often same-day. My order placed on November 6th took almost a week to ship out, but it did ship out...

You WILL get your ammo. Unless you absolutely require ammo for a shooting event that you have coming up or something, I'd just be patient. It'll show.

Wow I had no idea they accepted brass as credit.. I don't reload but I keep all my
Brass. Definitely going to start picking up even more brass besides my own from now on...

They said they would "try" to ship out my order tomorrow...whatever that means.

I just hope they don't start poking the guy who meters the amount of powder in the casings....

I emailed them once this week, at the 4 day mark, and got no response. That triggered me to call them at lunch today. I cancelled after they said 10-15 more days (and my selected ammo says 'in stock')

There were too many other (factory loaded) sources at the same price for non blem/blaster ammo, so I had to drop the hammer and re-order elsewhere.

ALSO, if you check their facebook page, they are in the midst of moving into a new store in Houston... I think that is delaying the 'processing'.

FWIW, that's not always a choice. A lot of credit card processing companies give the retailer limited ability to control that sort of thing and cards are automatically processed immediately upon order placement. I'd get into it more, having run a couple of online retail companies and had CC processing set up different ways, but it'll get boring and nobody cares. Suffice it to say that I highly doubt they chose to charge your card immediately when the order was placed but, rather, this is how their CC processor does it and there is no manual action that FM does to choose charge/no charge. Yes, I know how it can be frustrating but there are positives and negatives for both parties either way.

I ordered a week ago and it still says "processing"...

I placed a order on 11-11-12 and it still shows as processing. It showed in stock when I placed the order and still shows as in stock. I sent a email about a half hour ago to check on the status of my order. I hope they resolve this soon. I have ordered from PSA many times and when a order is delayed I am informed or it is made right. I hope FM's does the same. The ammo looks like a great deal and the people here seem to really like the stuff. Just looking for some idea order status.

I just got a response to my email. They said they will try to get it out tomorrow. the ammo I ordered is in stock, they confirmed this but said orders are backed up. I hope they can get this out tomorrow. I am glad to get a quick response to my email at least.

so out of curiosity i checked th website this morning and it said shipped!!!
got the tracking numbers and when I went to the fedex site, said it cant be found!!! I know these things take time but cmon, if it was sent by 10 am and its noon now im sure it should be in the system by now :/
