I've actually been thinking about getting one for handgun shooting but the ones that I found had really bad reviews.

How do you have a catcher that attaches to a hand gun? This is a handguns forum.

I have one of those cheap UTG ones for use with my AR, and its performance is mediocre at best, on the plus side it wasn’t very expensive and it’s pretty compact.

I don’t have a solution for my pistols… but I found some ideas on Google images I wanted to try. Unfortunately it’s a “stand type” that you don’t want.

Personally I thought it was pretty genius lol.
Tripod + laundry hamper… folds up pretty compact too

You own a pair of pantyhose?

                  Sorry, just playing with you.

Heck, if you find something like that, I'm all in too.

But seriously, wouldn't that make your handgun heavy, hence affecting your shots?

I saw a guy at the range with a catcher fitted on his hand. It strapped around the hand and protruded in front of the ejection port of his 1911. It was catching his brass pretty well. He told me he made it himself.

I'm looking for something as well.
This one is nice but sorta expensive.
