    I hate Glocks!!

I have owned 9mms, 40cals, and 10mm Glocks in various configurations. Most are sold, but a subcompact 9 and a FS 10mm.. Heck, I have sold 50ae's etc so even selling is not unique to the Glocks.

But with 3k in each in my 1911's 45's; a ton of work to get my 1911 9mm to function every time... (Yes, they out paper a Glock every time) And a bunch of other really fine firearms that I enjoy shooting better than the inexpensive Glocks.. It still upsets me that...........My Glock 10mm goes with me in the woods every time (15 rounds in California ) Damn, I hate that the least expensive I own is my go to......

I own/have owned cheap 1911s and $3000 1911s, and they are/were just as reliable as my Glocks.

But what I really hate is HiPoints, M&Ps, and Rugers.

You know what ive realized in all of my 3 odd years of shooting?

          It doesn't matter!

Brand, caliber, model, striker fired, hammer fired, single action, double action, how much you spent on it, who built it, what country its from, none of that fluff counts. The only factor that really matters at the end of things, is do you like your guns?

If you like your choices well enough, you'll be that much more motivated to take them to the range and shoot . And that is how you get better at the art and science of using firearms, no matter who made it or what action it has. I don't have a lot of guns, but the few I do have I have I like so much its torture deciding what to shoot. I am NOT looking forward to deciding what has to stay at home on the next range trip.

The more subsidies you have, the less self reliant people will be.

The 1911 may have been in wars for 100 years, but Masetro Bartolomeo Beretta was arming the world 400 years before John Browning was ever a wet dream.

A lot of money in my 1911 too, but my G20 is still my primary HD/SD gun.

If I had to keep only one, it would be my G20SF.

I love Glocks. Who cares how much they cost, it's pretty good having a gun that will be totally reliable, can be totally disassembled in a minute or two, simple and fast to field strip and clean, inexpensive replacement parts (not really needed) that can be switched out with a punch as your only tool.

I think Glocks are good looking guns even though there are other guns that are very nice. I have all steel guns that I like a lot but I don't think Glocks can ever be beat for a functional and affordable gun that will never let you down.

Had a feeling this thread is about how bad and unsightly Glock guns are.

Having been in the military, I appreciate anything that is simple, durable and reliable. Glocks are all of that..they aren't the prettiest firearm in the world but they are one of the best..no debating that.

i absolutely hate the stock trigger on glocks. if i had to carry one for work in stock configuration it would drive me crazy.
