Shoot it and save the steel cases.

Bring them to the range and sprinkle them on the floor before you leave.

You would not believe how much free money people leave at the range. Think of it as dimes and quarters rolling around on the pistol lanes. More for the interesting stuff.
    It's not PTSD, it's nostalgia.

Just keep them. Find a nice place for it, and eventually they will come in handy.

Can you confirm that Tulammo is allowed at both Oak Tree & Angeles? I just picked up a couple of boxes of 223 @ Walymart today for $4.97 each & am now worried that I would be able to use them at both these ranges I go to. I heard it from an RO at Angeles last time when he saw my green tip Federals...even showed me the magnet test.

            Thanks!

Keep it. When the San Andreas fault slips big time, an extra 300 rounds will come in handy when the zombies start looking to steal your stuff.

As others have said, keep it. you might shoot at a range that will allow it or you might even hit some BLM land and you can use it there.

As much as i want to say "I'LL TAKE IT"!!!! just keep it.

That's different. They ban steel core penetrators (M855 green tips). Any pistol round is fine as long as it's not tracer. Only indoor ranges have restrictions on pistol rounds usually. Usually disallowing hollow points and sometimes requiring brass cased only.

I was gonna say the same thing.
Steel case ammo is sometimes nice to have. No need to pick it up at the outdoor range. Maybe I just have an OCD on picking up my brass cases.
