    made a mistake...

    Hey guys. bought tulammo in 9mm not knowing the bullet is steel. i'm new and didn't realize theres a difference. Anyway, i cant use it at either range i go. have 6 boxes of 50 rds. paid $60 for all of it...can anyone use it? not looking to sell it...just want to get rid of it. i'm in the San Fernando Valley in LA county

    Keep it for a while. You'll find a place to shoot it. Or, apparently, Oak Tree is OK wit it so, go there and shoot it.

        FYI the bullet is not steel. The case is steel. Some indoor ranges don't want to fish steel cases out of the brass cases (even though it's quite easy with a magnet) so they don't allow it.

        I'd also hang onto it and use it the next time you go somewhere where you can shoot it, which is most places really. Plenty of other indoor ranges, outdoor ranges, and just rural outdoors sorts of places where shooting that ammo is fine.

                          Oak Tree or Angeles range are good to go. Basically any outdoor range should be fine with it.
