My point exactly. I can shoot as fast as I want at my range. Lol. They usually just like to know who's doing it and observe lol. They always give me tips. But agreed. The faster I shoot the more accurate I can be at times

Versus what happens with my XD pistols. Despite their relative tameness, I am not nearly as confident on follow-up shots with them.

Did you even give a chance to break in. It doesnt sound like it. I could complain about the one I bought compared to rented, but the rentals are usually broken in unkempt beasts or just broken. I knew my p01 wasn't goin to be tits out the box. That's half the fun of a new gun, breaking in and marrying the parts together. I've had prob about 2000 rounds now through my gun, only stripped and oiled once for fun. My SA in 40 is accurate as hell and i do like the trigger better, but my p01 is my go to/match gun and at this point the triggers feel similar enough to pick up either one and shoot pretty damn well.
And there is NO way in all hell that your cz shot like a glock. Glocks have more perceived recoil in my experience.

...I don't think breaking it in is going to eliminate the gritty DA trigger pull, make the trigger sit further forward during SA, or re-shape the trigger from a rough curve into something easy on the finger. Did you even read what I wrote? And you are right, there is "NO way in all hell" the PO1 shot like a Glock... otherwise I would have kept it Not sure how 2k rounds through a CZ makes you an expert, and obviously "perceived recoil" is subjective.

My cz75 sp01is my favorite pistol. It works well for me and the ergonomics is great. It is well balanced and great to shoot. OP should rethink about selling it. It's a great pistol! Reconsider, reconsider!

Hey Everyone!

I went to the range yesterday to put some rounds through my new CZ 75BD. I also took our Sig Sp2022.

I have to say that the accuracy is as good as everyone says it is! It made me look way better than I actually am. You can easily fit a group inside the bullseye once you adjust to the sight picture.

Unfortunately, there wasn't much else that made me say, "This is why everyone wants one." Maybe I'm just not a CZ man, but here is some of the concerns I have as to why it may not be the 9mm for me.

1. The heaviness of the gun didn't seem to absorb recoil in any more noticeable of a way than my Sig. But it did make my arms tired after a few magazines.

2. Sight picture is small for me. I painted the dots a white/red combo to try to see better and it helped, but I still feel like I am struggling. I don't have the best of eyesight.

3.The little things are starting to add up. As I was cleaning both guns last night, there were so many little things I thought of and noticed. The slide is narrow and difficult to manage. You need a tool or the very strong fingers to strip it down. Aftermarket sights are limited and most need to be sent to CZ to install. No accessory rail. Magazines and other accessories are pricey.

So, I'm torn. I really want to love this gun and make it my own. But maybe it should go to someone who appreciates it and likes it for what it is. I'm not trying to bash CZ. There is enough evidence supporting they are high quality firearms.

I might be open to selling it trading for another 9mm. I like two-tone pistols and would be really interested in a FNP-9 two tone. I'm open to offers though.

Please, do not rant about how great CZ is and I'm stupid. I agree. They are great, but maybe not for me.

If you have suggestions to help me enjoy it more, I'm up for it.
