Springfield armory makes some of the best 1911s for the price point. Not a fan of kimbers, I think you will enjoy your purchase.

That is a fair price in CA...the Mil Spec would be more like $750 max...that is why people where wondering.

You got the better of the two and that is a decent price range for a SA loaded in CA, IMO.

I have the Mil Spec which is excellent but it looks like you have the loaded. After shooting my friend's loaded, I fell in love with it. You will not be disappointed.
