Is there a limit to how many guns you can sell each year?

Not a limit to guns, a limit to sales transactions, no more than 5 per year (less than 6). So you can sell a passel of guns in one transaction, 5 times a year. I think it is a 12 month year, not the calendar year.

Language is specific to calendar year.

"(c) (1) As used in this section, "infrequent" means:
      (A) For handguns, less than six transactions per calendar year.
For this purpose, "transaction" means a single sale, lease, or
transfer of any number of handguns.
      (B) For firearms other than handguns, occasional and without
      regularity."

If you have 100 guns and need to liqiudate your collection, you can. You might get a visit from ATF to make sure that you're not dealing without a license but, if you just need to sell them, you'll be fine. Now, if you are actively buying guns during the same time period, you might get screwed.

I've sold 4 this year, and trying to sell 3 more and thats all I want to get rid of for now. Will that be fine? 2 of them were rifles, not sure if it makes a difference.

If you're just liquidating a portion of your collection as CSACANNONEER said, it's fine.

If you're buying and selling and buying and selling, I don't think they'll like that very much and may consider you to be a dealer.

Well they were all trades. Does count as buying and selling?

Yes...anytime you transfer to someone else is considered a sale.

You are limited to 5 handgun transactions a year (any number of handguns in the same transcations) and "infrequent" as defined above for rifles. Seems like you can sell all 3 handguns in separate transactions and not raise any red flags.

I've only done 2 handgun transfers, and 2 rifle transfers. So that means I can do 3 more handgun transfers?

I reached my limit of < 6 handguns. I have two more that will have to wait until 2013 to sell these two handguns. Rifles are not included in the < 6 rule. The answer to your question is yes, you can transfer 3 more handguns. Some say this rule is not closely monitored. I choose not to take the risk.
