Would you guys recommend changing just changing the main spring to lighten the trigger a tad,

Might as well send it to CZ to have a " real " trigger job. There is more to a trigger job than just a lightened hammer spring.

OTOH, if you are very familiar with taking apart the CZ and you are quite knowledgeable in this, you could try swapping it.

All depends on your knowledge and skill on this issue.

I did a spring swap and a disconector/hammer swap on mine, along with a polish job and it has a damn good trigger on it.
