    PPT question

I am getting ready to buy what may be a 1945 Ithaca M1911a1. So my question is, am I still going to have to suffer thru a 10 day wait period. Or because it's a 67 year old gun will it be essentially a cash and carry type transaction .

If it is a handgun, you go through all the FFL stuff.

Ok thanks for the quick reply. I'll start preparing for my 10 day.

IF you have a C&R and COE it would be a PPT and $35 @ your LGS but you would be able to take the gun home the same day.
          Yes you can have 2 C&R 03 FFL's; 1 in California and 1 in a different state.
