Single Action Semi-Auto options

I'm aware of the Browning High Power, 1911 Variations, and the CZ range of guns that are Single Action Only. What other options are there in SA Only that folks would recommend as range/carry guns ? Interested mainly in 9mm/.40 but would consider other options.

Background - I've owned and shot the BHP for many years and have got comfortable with the manual of arms for a single action style firearm. I'm thinking of picking up some additional pistols and would prefer to stay with single action.

Taurus PT92/99 are DA/SA but you can carry in condition 1 (cocked an locked) if you wish.

Same is true for the CZ 82/83 series.

I'd stick with CZ reliability. But that could just be me

Sig has their P220 Carry in SAO as well.

Most DA/SA come with manual safety. But there are few beside what you already mentioned that is true SAO.

Maybe look into some higher end/competition pistols. IE: Sig 226 x5, Beretta Steel I, CZ champion..etc.

The HK USP series can be carried in condition one (V.1 is DA/SA w/manual safety and decocker). Same goes for the P30S and HK45 series of handguns.

+1. I'm a Sig guy but HK is a mile ahead in terms of the ability to have/use SA/DA on the same pistol.

HK's, 1911/BHP and CZ's are what I personally recommend. Then again I'm a DA/SA guy but those 4 give you a good idea of some options.
