IMO the best trigger job on the Glock is one that comes after shooting a couple thousand rounds through it.

For the people that modify guns I would love to see your shooting abilities prior to making these mods. I am going out on a limb here but I am willing to bet this is a new shooter or at least not a very good one. So then my next questions is, why are you messing with the guns at all? The guys I shoot with who modify their guns is because they have got to a level where they are so good they perceive differences in the gun that can actually make them a faster more accurate shooter. Now you must consider these guys are Master and Grand Master level or even A class shooters.
Just go buy ammo and shoot the thing. If you arent hitting what you are aiming at it sure the hell isnt the trigger job.Comment

Well then don't do anything. You keep spouting off about the physics of this mechanism, but you really still don't understand anything about it. At least pull the upper off your Glock, and cycle the trigger, and SEE FOR YOURSELF that the connector DOES NOT MOVE. You ask this question from someone who has shot Glocks in competition for over 20 years? Go back to school, get an engineering degree, then you can answer the question for yourself.
Why change the angle 'engagement of the trigger bar' from the connector? Let's pretend the Glock engineers don't understand anything either, they just make stuff up to sell stuff...
Simple truth, changing a connector, may, or may not slightly reduce the trigger pull weight. If you want a better trigger, not a 1911 trigger, get a GlockWorx, about $250, otherwise get a good 1911, about $1,200 to start.Comment

This is true.Don't take refuge in the false security of consensus.
What you leave behind is not what is engraved in stone monuments, but what is woven into the lives of others.
Nothing worse than an overrated F*** and an underrated S***
iF it'S nOt an aCt of goD, iT's a ConSpirAcy. If it can be measured, it can be optimized.

using a firing pin spring 24N (silver) and standard trigger spring, this will be the trigger pull weight using the different connectors.
minus (2) - 4.5lb/ 2.0 kg
standard (1) - 5.5 lb/ 2.5 kg
plus (3) - 8.5 lb/ 3.5 kg"I'm not in this world to live up to your expectations and you're not in this world to live up to mine."
