Ah Randall, as you always eloquently put things, my comprehension of the English language is insufficient. The LGS said it in plain words was not good enough.

All other parts can still be shipped directly as long as you fill out a form stating that you will not use them to construct an illegal firearm and you have to give your ID to the seller and the delivery driver when the package delivers.
Many places simply are not selling to CA at the moment as they have not worked out the online affidavit and ID collection/storage details.
      Give it time.
      It will work itself out.
My question would be ~ who is going to give us the “ forms “ to fill out, if I need to order a part ( other than a barrel / receiver) ?

      Thank you.

Acali, that's the question I've not gotten an answer to. I spoke with the owner of LGS and he said he hasn't got an answer yet.

I called ammo bro in Cerritos and they gave me an answer. I don’t know if that is going to be the deal or any other loops we WWII have to deal with.

Update regarding online purchases (at least with PSA) are good to go. Just have to say something to the effect that purchaser will be a good boy (or girl).

FYI... P30 / VP9 magazines work if you find them in stock somewhere, there will just in the gap between the grip and the mag.

                  HK VP9 / P30 9mm 10-Round Magazine

X-Grip makes an adapter that works on the high caps to fill the gap, not sure if it works on the 10 round ones though.

                  X-Grip H&K P2000 / P30 9mm, .40 S&W, .357 SIG 12 / 13-Rounds Magazine Grip Adapter

It ends up being a little bit more cost wise, but it's an option if you need mags and can't find them.

                    Update

GMW advised me to upload a copy of my CDL, which I did. The next day I had a tracking number. Adult signature required. Im thinking of going to the Post Office, have them hold, and notify me, for pick up.
