    I bought mine just for fun range use. Not for defense. I have much better options for that.

    If you drop it using 38 sp, 2-3 rounds can pop out. With longer .357 it dosen't.

      Real question for those running a lever action rifle. Can you shoot FMJ's in them? Will .38/.357 FMJ's accidently go of in a lever action rifle's magazine tube due to recoil? Makes me wonder why this speedloader has a problem with FMJ's accidently going off.

        In lever action, the rounds are kept under spring tension. They are "pushed" against each other. So unless the bullet has a pointy head, there is no impact on the primer under normal recoil. In this reloader, the rounds are free to slide once the first 6 rounds are used. This potentially can cause the primer detonation when the rounds slide into each other.
