      A CA resident would need a c&r license to buy one of these out of state, correct?

            Great little gun. I would highly recommend you get one.

            Yes you can have 2 C&R 03 FFL's; 1 in California and 1 in a different state.

              Since it's a blow-back operated pistol, that would present a bit of an engineering challenge (and keeping it the same handy size and weight).

              They are available in .308 ACP (Cz-83) however. The Cz-83 also holds 13 rounds vs. the 12 rounds of the 9x18.

                Great little pistol for about $200. I got one a couple years ago at J&G in Prescott, AZ.
                Blocked the mags when I got home.
                The ammo is hard to find, but cheap. (About $13 per 50)
                Snappy recoil, but fun to shoot. Good trigger.
