Go hold both guns and see which one feels right in your hands. They're both good guns. I chose the Springfield XDM over the Glock because the Glock did not feel right in my hands. What works for others may not work for you so go handle them both and see which one YOU would prefer.
It was a rifle that freed this country and it will be a rifle that will keep this country free.

      Oh god....

That is not something you want to ask on a forum.

You need to go shoot both and see which one you like best. They are both reliable and will do what you want them to do.

      Good luck.

I have both, and like my Glock WAY more.... Glock is lighter, better trigger, better grip angle, and even tho the stock glock sights are plastic i like them better. Shoot both tho. I bought the XD first because it felt better in my hand, but after shooting a glock, i should have never bought the XD

We are all different, shoot both then decide.

Where are you located? I don't know about nor/central california but in so cal there are several ranges that rent guns. Go and shoot them see what you like. I was set on a ruger I could have gotten for a great price, I went and shot it and realized I hated it. Try before you buy! Personally I like how the glock feels better though it will be my next purchase.
Sure, I've been called a xenophobe, but the truth is, I'm not. I honestly just feel that America is the best country and the other countries aren't as good. That used to be called patriotism.
