Roster Question from a not so smart guy

Hello to all,

I would like to buy a Ruger Bisley model form out of state. It is my best understanding that Single Action Revolvers are exempt from the list. Is this correct. I tried to look at the DOJ list and explanations, but just got a headache.

Not a problem. I bought a Ruger Bisley in .45 Colt from Gun Genie two years ago.

The exemption is found in the Penal Code. There are minimum dimension requirements -- but that Ruger easily meets the minimums.
