Probably not. It's missing key safeties to be tested.
SSE is the way to go. They have already helped us in that they have a locking device to prevent a magazine from being inserted. Now we just need a long barrel.Yes you can have 2 C&R 03 FFL's; 1 in California and 1 in a different state.

I was just reading up on these, the new Steyr..... wanting.
They seem cheap now, I'm wondering if they will go the way of the CZ or the Sigma
