Help me pick a new 1911.

I'm wanting to purchase another 1911... Now I don't have the money for a springfield operator. I'm wanting a nice median priced 1911. The sigs seem to have quite a few features for the money. The gun will be shot a lot. I don't baby my guns. I already own a RIA tactical. I'm wanting to drop a bit more coin... The springfield loaded looks nice as well as some new sigs. I want nothing to do with Kimber unless I can find a OLD one for a good deal. On list/off list doesn't matter . Lets hear some recommendations fellas.

SigSauer 1911 target nitron. Awesome features and a quality pistol for the price. Best bang for the buck when it comes to 1911's, IMO.

Sig 1911, love mine. You should too, unless you're a 1911 snub.

The fcs on the XSE has started to grow on me and I just ordered a XSE commander but if you want a government sized, these are nice.

If you can get off roster, I recommend the Sig 1911 TacOps. I just got one and it is really nice. Has more features than the MC Operator like front strap checkering and magwell.

I pick up my Sig 1911 Nitron Rail next tuesday. Love the unique "Sig" look, and was loaded with features that usually only come on $1000+ 1911s. Had excellent fit and finish. The rental at a local range shot super smooth, can't wait to take mine out. Numerous people and reviewers have said the Sig 1911s offer excellent quality and features at excellent prices. Mine was $919.

I'd say get one of each Springer/Colt/Sig. The sig is still on my list. You cant go wrong with any of the 3 I listed.

The Ruger SR1911 is another good option.
