Recomend me some good sights Glock 34

I just bought a Glock 34 for USPSA matches and am looking for input on some good replacement sights for it. I am NOT looking for price point sights...I want quality.

    Take care,Stan

Please post what you end up getting, why, and how it is working out for you. I just got my G34 today and am planning a sight upgrade in the future.

Either the Sevigny or the Tacticals. I have both. Prefer the Tacticals.

I like Heinie tritium Straight 8's with the .156 rear cut .

Night sights are not an advantage in competition, you want either black on black or a fiber optic front sight. Heines, Warren and Sevigny are all good quality. You have to decide how much light you want for the G34 as both the front and rears have different widths.

Competition guns far left and right, carry guns in the center.

So fixed sights? I would think adjustable would be the way to go on a target/comp gun. Thanks for all the advice. I am doing some other things to it so I will post pics when it is done.

i put 10-8 sights with a rear blank and brass bead front when i got my 34. Now i run that on all my guns the brass bead really pops in all light conditions

Fixed sights are the norm, some of the guys running .45acps have adjustable Bomars. There is a difference between a competition gun and a target gun. Best thing you can do is get out and shoot a couple of USPSA matches before making a bunch of changes.

IMO the worst part of the 34 is the adjustable rear. I just don't trust it. I haven't been looking at sights for a long time but I know alot of people used to talk about the Heinie Dawson Sight Combo

I have TFO's on my G30 and they are fantastic. I would but a TFO in the front only (fiber optic and tritium) and get a quality adjustable one for the rear.

I've got Dawson Precision FOs in almost all my guns now. For IDPA they seem to be the standard. I haven't broken a Dawson on any of my guns through repeated holster/reholstering. Even if the rod breaks though, the youtube videos make it look like a 5 minute job to fix them. Dawson sights even come with the tool to remove the front sight.

I've used blacked out rears, but I am not finding that it is too distracting for me to have the 2 white rear dots.

Anyone know if you can get TFO front sight only, or are only sold with the rear?
