How does spraying paint on someone's wall warrant the use of deadly force to stop them?

If you read the privous post, you would read that I never mention I wanted to use deadly force for spraying on the walls. I only mentioned that to show that its pretty bad over and cops dont do **** here, which is why I want my gf to have a gun in case im at work and she is here with our baby. I mentioned that we had people going into our property at night and have shot into our house nearly killing my little brother and daughter if it wasnt for my guitar amp being in the way to stop the magnum round.

About me working at hospitals, I do work in one and visit a few to finish my clinical hours to get my license. I am completely profesional at work and have patients request my work. I have plenty of references that can back up all of my statements. I posted the thread trying to get answers to my questions about what could cause a delay. I posted the answers to the delay in case some of you were wondering. I felt the information being posted would help guide someone from the same mistakes I have made and my gf have made. As for some of you, questioning wether I or my gf's gun rights, you guys can go cross a freeway also. I find your statements humorous but when it comes to protecting my family, i will do what I have to do. I hope you guys do the same.

And no, i am not waiting out side my house in a costume ready to nab a guy. But if I catch one comiting a crime, I have a legal right to place someone under citizens arrest. I dont understand how you guys can read a few words from a post and automatic assume ****. When you assume you make an *** out of you and me. Yeah, I know my grammar needs improvement. I lost all of my skills as I used to work as a warehouse guy and managed an autozone. Being that these enviroments had little to no high standard of comunication, I didnt have anyone to work on my english skills at all. I did have a too awesome supervisors that allways forced me to get my street slang vocabulary out and speak with respect and use a professional vocabulary. Also, the fire captain at the santa ana fire academy straightened my butt out big time. Look you guys, I made some mistakes but never killed anyone. I hope I never have to either. I want peace in this world not violence. She made some mistakes from hanging out with the wrong people and paid the consequences. We are both changed people for the better life. The attitude you guys have is the reason most people dont change and go the illegal route. I dont want that, if I was not given a second chance by the fire captain, my nursing instructors, the judges, the probation officer, and everyone else who actually knows me and likes the man I am today; I would be dealing drugs or selling stuff I got from your house or robbing people. People needs second chances to be able to survive legally and peacefully.

Congrats to you both for turning your lives around, and I mean that. And even more kudos to you both for choosing nursing as a profession. My recently passed away mother was a career critical care nurse and nursing supervisor.

I can only speak for myself, but had I read a post like this above early on, I would not have formed the (false)opinion I had. This presents an entirely different impression of yourself. Sorry for the snide comments.

Man sounds like you got it bad over there in the neighborhood, do not pay attention to the haters. Its funny I have met some of the nicest people who are gun owners...and then you got guys who seem to think they are better then everyone else. I guarantee if any of these guys had a bullet come through there house they would be talking different. I as born in lebanon during the civil war, so i understand how you feel. That feeling of not being safe in your own home sucks.

We have all done stupid **** man, the only difference between you and everyone else here is that you and your girl got busted the rest of us just got lucky. We are no better or worse. Good job on turning your life around, my wife is a nurse...very good profession. Good luck on getting the guns, i believe everyone should have a gun in home to protect themselves and the family.

I think the most positive thing about the post was that you got to vent. Whether people appreciated or dismissed your ideas your actions are yours to own. I think a lot people here probably have a lot more in common with you than what you think. The difference is that you had the guts to put your business out there for others to have an opinion about your present and past actions. To me that takes some balls. We all never fully grow up but we have to have a calm heart in mind when we are dealing with life and death. Good luck disturbed1 and try not to let the critics disturb you more than neccesary

lol, thanks 10mm. The disturbed1 screen name has stuck around because it was one of the very first bands that I have followed and watched live. I also used it because it has alot to do with the passwords I have been using with everything I do. Its a password reminder. Funny thing though, that it suits me because I am disturbed by the way society has skewed the constitution to suit their needs.

Yeah, she does have to do that. She was under the impression it seals automatically after turning 18. But after you have it sealed, it is destroyed after 5 years.
