Will it be legal in California ????

It is legal in CA, just not on the roster. If you want one contact EBR Works. My buddy just bought one from him.
If you think nobody cares if you're alive, try missing a couple of payments.

It will never be on the roster.

I am in my (way too long) 10 day wait for my XDm 5.25 .45 from EBR works right now. Highly recommended if you decide you want one. I can't wait to shoot it!

So tempted to get an XDM but in the last 2 months I've bought a rifle, a shotgun, and a safe...so...I think I'll hold off for a bit =) But when I do I'll be sure to check out ERB.

Just an FYI, xdm 45s take xd magazines so you can just use factory ten rounders, all other calibers you have to reduce to ten rounders.

Just got the same gun the OP is looking for from Valkryie Arms thrue SSE, put 500 rounds or so thru it friday, took forever since I only have one mag at the moment.

I already installed a PRP striker retainer pin just in case even though I don't think dry fireing would have really been an issue.

There is also a little bit to much slop in the trigger but the break is nice, I will remedy that by installing the PRP ultimate trigger kit.

All in all a great gun, you should get one and enjoy

Had it, installed it, wasn't happy with it, sent it back. Granted, anything is better than the stock components, but had it to do over again, I would go with Springer Precision.

                            Good luck.

Why weren't you happy with it? I will check out the Springer Precision one as well. Did you have the Springer trigger installed?
