I've tried 5 different types of ammo and still the same result. Everything was properly lubed prior to shooting. And mags were defiantly seated.

Strange. I've shot in excess of 15 newer sigs and never had any issues. That said check the actual extractor if you know how its removed and check it for proper shaping and stuff. Its not to difficult but some people dont like taking it apart.

Since its brand new and under warranty I decided to ship it to sig. Other than that problem its shoots amazing.

Yea let them take a look at it. If for some reason they dont get bak to you quick over the phone I'll check my email contacts again for a few guys I know there.

They'll fix it if its really a mechanical issue.

Right on. The turn around on mine was 2 days, but it was rebluing and sig package. It sometimes takes a few days.
