I would like to point out that this is an interesting issue. What if you can not get a CADL or CAID. Maybe you are military assigned here and your DL is from Alabama or ?. How would you buy a handgun?

On top of that, one of the arguments for not requiring an ID to vote is that getting an ID may be too expensive or even impossible for some people and you can't disenfranchise someone that way. Yet here we are realizing that you can infringe on their 2A right the same way.

Fascinating. Why isn't the ACLU all over this?

Back in the olden days, screen names were called handles. It was a carry-over from when folks used to chat on the CB Radio. In fact, did you know that one of the first online chat services was called "CB"? I believe CompuServe came out with that and it was wildly popular, back when people would connect with each other in cyberspace at speeds up to 1200baud (well, some people had 300baud, but you get my point).

Anyway, good luck to your girl -- hopefully her fears about the written test are unfounded. And, good luck to you: hopefully sometime soon, you'll have a girl with a driver's license.

Hehe, thank you Neenanchguy. English is not her primary language. She came here from india when she was 10. Her culture is very strict and even though she is open minded, kinda put a kink in her education process with her mom being single. Anyways, love her and cant wait to shoot safely with her. she wants a bolt action rifle too. hopefully i can beat her to that.
