Can you describe "*Weld up safety/ special", just curious. What brand front / rear sight are those? I've been looking for a decent hook style rear.

Look closely at the thumb safety. You will see a small "wall" that has been welded up right in front of the plunger "pin". Why? Many manufacturers tend to make them to thin and the plunger pin can ride over the thumb safety, making the pistol inoperable.
That's the "Tactical Hook Sight" made by Valtro Custom. The front of the rear sight has 40LPI checkering for one handed manipulations, racking against a bench, etc...

Update...08/05/2012
The pistol pictured above was a "take it to training, see how it runs, and report back to me" version. After roughly 2,500+ rounds....I reported back to Jardine.
So, as strange as it sounds...I don't tell Jardine what I want done...he just does it.
After attending a Haley Strategic Partners class and Costa Ludus HE02...I handed it back to Jardine.
A few internal tweaks...and then I got this back. I will not be this sexy for long. No point in having a supermodel if you can't ride her hard...
