    Poll fail.

You don't have an option for a single/one round.

You know I really understand why they want that world. Who wouldn't? Wouldn't you? It is a fantasy though, a fantasy world no less fantastical and unreal that the cartoon my avatar comes from. And if you live your life like it is real it can cost you and your families everything.
...but their exists also in the human heart a depraved taste for equality, which impels the weak to attempt to lower the powerful to their own level, and reduces men to prefer equality in slavery to inequality with freedom.

In order of preference. true I suppose it's a little ambiguous but the one question just leads to the next.

I don't get the point of this thread. With Modern JHP it's all the same for the most part.
I prefer snail oil ammo RBCD doing over 2000FPS! the temporary and permanent cavity is huge! I don't care that it does not penetrate 18+ inches 8-10 is more then enough, it the shock wave and stretch of tissue is what puts you down!

I survived the late eighties and early nineties, and I still prefer not getting shot.

It was, in fact, this incident changed me forever.

That is why on occasion I have gone on a rant that got me temp-banned at a forumite who was not "psychologically in the game". I take this very seriously.
YUP. I have both taken a life and taken a round. It does change you....forever. That is why I rant about those who want to CCW but have no clue what it requires of you; both from a physical and more importantly psychological standpoint. I do believe that just because you can carry a firearm, doesn't necessarily mean you should....

I would want there to be a friendly world. But unfortunitly, it's not. I live in more of a fluff area, but where I work is somewhere different, it's not somewhere I'd allow my wife to walk around night or day. I just wish people would stop with all the damn aggression and wiener measuring. It gets old.

May I ask a personal question?
Did your GSW hurt for a while, even after it was healed? Mine did, just, now and then. A sharp stabbing sorta pain like it was reminding me. Maybe it was psychological. I just wonder.

Hasn't hurt for years now but there was a time where it would come back like a memory.

Seems like everybody wants to get shot by the weakest caliber first

Oh, its another caliber debate thread that will end with no decisive argument that 9mm, .40 and .45 can't all do the same damage....

It's a cleverly (not really) disguised caliber war. Yay!

but uh, I'd rather not get hit by any of them.
