Lately, not much. Usually 101-500 per month though.

I voted 101-500, but there should be an option to vote for 101-250, then 251-500.

It depends on what I shoot that month. If I shoot steel challenge, I'll go through about 250. If I just go to the range, around 50-150 between 9mm, .357mag, and .38 Special. Can't afford to shoot any more than that.

So I'm just curious what this data is supposed to tell us? When I pull range safety officer duty, I see plenty of kooks throwing hundreds of rounds down range and mostly they are just spraying the target stand and sending wood splinters all over the place, kinda like those pray and spray insurgents in Egypt.

Some of the shooters I respect the most shoot the fewest rounds in a day.... I watched a guy carefully put about 40 rounds of high quality .308 rounds down range the last time I was on duty, he was there for a couple hours I think, and had something to show for it.

If new shooters ask or seem interested in advice, I almost always say slow down and make each one count. What does it matter how fast you can miss 20 times.....

The only time I shoot more than 100 rounds from one specific pistol would be for a tactical shoot or training. My highhest round count comes from shooting cowboy action, which is about 120 rounds per shooting event...

I try to shoot once or twice a month and I shoot about 100 - 200 rounds per caliber

Just curious, considering all of the practice you put in, I am wondering what class are you in? uspsa? idpa?

I shoot about twice a month, 200-300 rounds per trip. If I had more time I would shoot more.

I'd say 200-300 rounds per trip to the range (9mm). 100% depends on what I'm doing, the weather, and if I have the cash for more ammo.

Good gracious that's a lot of ammo! Is this in competitions, personal range time, or both?

Me, depends on the month and how busy I am. Most range outings I will shoot between 500-1000 rimfire rounds and 200-ish centerfire rounds of various calibers. Some months I get to the range 3-4 times, other months I don't get to go at all.
