pretty awsome looking gun. i love the 357 magnum round but 7 plus one capacity sucks, especially for such a huge gun.

What's huge about it? It's a 1911. Yeah the rounds are longer but the distance around the grip is actually less than a Glock 21.

A guy at the firing line in Huntington Beach has one and I've shot it a couple of times. I thought it was pretty cool. Well that was about 6 years ago so I'm not sure he's still working there or if he even still has the gun. Hell I can't even think of his name.

I shot a Coonan 357 many moons ago (original production) and liked it---lively pistol to shoot---seemed to run well---grip a bit longer front to back because of longer cartridges---trigger was good---they were rare back then and I never saw another one. I understand they are now back in production---interesting pistol.
