I've had this pistol for at least twenty-five years. It is marked 66 in a triangle and 59SHE. It has two matching mags and the cleaning rod and lanyard with the holster. The holster is lined with blue corduroy. There are no import marks. Note the emblem on the grips. I think that it is internal security forces.

Yes inter family transfer is one way that need not be ppt....
I can vouch for their scarcity in the Sac area used market.
Been looking for a near mint in box example over 10 years.
Have obtained one sans box that has been nicely refinished in nickel.
Actually many of the commercial ones in the US came in
though a Northern CA dealer now defunct.
Import numbers indicate they are not that rare;
there have to be some left in the area....
There is one somewhere with my name on it....hopefully....eventually....

According to another thread, that thing is a piece of junk if it was made in China because everything from China is junk. I'll help you out and take it off your hands for $100. Let me know if you want to ppt it.

I ditched the Chinese plastic grips on slapped on some Pearce Grips. Feels much better in the hand now...

Then maybe I can find the elusive Russian military -- all I can find are the commercial pistols with the adjustable sights.
