    RWS ammo

Is it range friendly? Only info I can find is that it's brass case and reloadable.

I don't see why not. the jackets are copper i believe. Top notch ammo at a cheap price, i shoot it a lot.
Buying a safe and sane firework is like paying a hooker for a hug. I do not see the appeal in it.

The 9MM has a mild steel jacket that is magnetic, so beware. The .45 ACP is non-magnetic. RWS is my favorite factory load for sure.

High quality @ a low price. You will like it.
        Yes you can have 2 C&R 03 FFL's; 1 in California and 1 in a different state.

If I remember correctly, it's loaded slightly hotter than normal pressure rounds. Figures, as it's European ammo.

I use a bunch of RWS in all calibers. They will pass magnet test except for the 9mm.

RWS used to be my favorite range ammo, until 1 indoor range tested it with a magnet and didn't let me use them (9mm). Since then Sellier & Bellot is now my go to ammo (and loaded just as hot since they're also European).

They like things their way and also like to stick it to Americans.

I reload RWS .45acp, but anytime I find a RWS or S&B case in 9mm I chuck it into the recycling bucket. The primer pockets are just to tight for my liking, especially on a Dillon 650 progressive.

The issue with RWS 9mm is the steel in the bullet can cause sparking and heightened wear in the range. Outdoor ranges like Angeles range are especially sensitive to this because a spark at impact can start a fire. That said, RWS is awesome ammo and I wish I had bought a couple thousand when Walmart unloaded it on the tail end of the ammo crisis.
