As for CZ. Just a heads up, when I was dealing with them for a warranty gun, they litterly had no idea what they were getting in stock. From the way they explained it, a pallet showed up with whatever they could get.

Might be cheaper just to get a regular SP-01 and add the ambi-decocker and night sights. Not sure though, I do my own gun smithing so I'm only factoring in parts cost.

I dont *think* the holes on the frame are the same. If they were you could possibly do it by completely swapping out the sear cage parts.

Again, I dont have a sp01 safety model to compare to though, just a tactical.


Personally, Id be looking for a sp01 phantom OP. the tactical is just friggin heavy.

The seller offered me the phantom for a discount, but I decided I wanted all steel.

I don't believe the safety model can be modded to have a decocker. At least, my precursory research says no.

Yea, SP-01s are tough to come by. My friend got one earlier this year on Gunbroker for around $600. Luckily, I don't need an SP-01. I just settled with a 75 because I wanted a SAO (the SP-01s cost too much). Got it for $500 brand new after all was said and done.
