I usually go twice a month.

Typically, I shoot about 150 rounds (varies if I'm with someone else).

I try to identify one fundamental to work on each time I go.

I used to go more often, but now I only go about once every two months. I usually shoot 500 rounds or so.

200-300 of 9mm in my Glocks
      100 of .556 in my AR15 and AR15 pistol
100-200 of various other calibers depending on what more "recreational" guns I bring

I practice fundamentals with the .22's, stay proficient with my HD gun and blast away at steel with my others.
.22 sounds good to stay economical and get more practice done. I also think it help new shooters to get over the "flinch", since it does not kick much.

When I am CONUS, once a month. Depending on the range it might be 50 rounds but more often then not it is closer to 200-400.

Once during the week every week, 150 rounds a week in the pistol.

Once a month I do a training and go through about 500 rds of pistol and 1000 of rifle.

About 6/7 times per month. Usually spend about 1 hour @ indoor range and 2.5 hours @ outdoor range(you know those annoying 10 mins cease fire ).
I shoot 200rd 9mm and 200rd 45acp per visit. That's about 2500rds per month. I reload, so cost of ammo is reasonable.

Last time I've shot about 300 and shot like ****.

I shoot less per session but more often. Usually 25-50 through the wheelgun, 10-20 through the shotgun, and 18 (all my brass, I need to buy more brass!) through the mauser.

Back in the day before I could shoot in my back yard... it was not uncommon for me to churn 200-300 rounds per gun per session.

In the long run I would rather shoot less rounds, more often; than more rounds, less often. I found that skill increases with cycles rather than raw number of rounds. So the more I go shooting the faster you regain lost skill or new skill vs the once a month-er who loses more in the dips between sessions and has to regain all of it the first session.
...but their exists also in the human heart a depraved taste for equality, which impels the weak to attempt to lower the powerful to their own level, and reduces men to prefer equality in slavery to inequality with freedom.

                        Wow I'm a light weight maybe 3 or 4 times a year, but I only shoot in the desert so it's a 2 hour drive. Probably go through 300 .22, ~100 .06, ~100 9mm, 150 .38 ~100 7.62x30 and a few in assorted other calibers.

I try and get out once a week. 95% of my shooting is pistols. 200 rounds is about max for me. Anything more and groups start to open up.

Usually 200 rounds per weapon per person. I love the .22lr for heavy practice and technique issues.

I go about every other week, taking 100 rounds per handgun, 40 for a rifle. I usually take only one gun.
