I love my BOSS. It's my first 1911 and it is everything I hoped it would be.

Does the TRS have a fairly short trigger?

Very happy with my PII Supertac. It's scary accurate, even at long range. Definitely worth the price tag.

Did you SSE this or do you live in a free state? The Boss is the one LB that I would kill to have.

The gun's accuracy far exceeds my abilities. IMO the slide is tight but not overly so. I had no problems with disassembly/reassembly, although I do take extra care in installing the slide stop as to not put an idiot scratch on the frame/slide.

The only issue I encountered is that during the first 300 rds I noticed minor brass marks just behind the ejection port after shooting. These could be removed by applying some Hoppes #9, letting the gun sit for awhile and then wiping down the affected area. After the first 300 rds this issue went away.

It was very tight before I shot it, was difficult to pull the slide back. I expected to have all sorts of issues, but had none. Now, it is much easier to pull the slide back. The gun feels very solid and is extremely accurate. Mine also put some minor brass marks behind the ejection port. Congratulation on the great purchase.
                same experiences as above.
love my custom carry. its a farbetter shooter than i am, but i can feel where it makes me better every time. wouldnt hesitate to buy a few more (when my wallet can take the hit)

It was a gift from family out of state. It is my favorite LB also.

He will ship to pretty much any FFL Holder, he shipped to Rogers Relics without a hitch, he has their FFL on file.

Baers are great 1911's! They're better shooters than I am. Love my SRP!

The pistol racks like it's riding on butter and just feels "right" in the hand. The SRP is way more accurate than I am! About 1500 rnds through her without a hickup. Barely broken in.

I have a Concept II. I hope to one day wear out this gun.

The bushing rotates (for removal) much easier if you pull the slide back almost 1/4" first. I don't know why, but it works.

                            Congrats!
