    Intrafamilial Handgun transfer

Whatsup guys. My friend from Chicago has a USP 40 that his step-dad owns and wants to bring it Californee way.

Does anyone know how he can do this?

I know it has to have a 10 rd mag, but does it have to be on the approved hg list?

If anyone has the link for this on the DOJ site, that would be helpful as well.

    Thanks everyone.

See the Calguns Foundation Wiki articles on

    Interstate transfer - http://wiki.calgunsfoundation.org/in...rms_Interstate

Unless adopted, step-dad does not appear to be intrafamlial.

Frozen in 2015, it is falling out of date and I can no longer edit the content. But much of it is still good!

Very true. You should have your Step Dad give it to your Mom. That way She can give it to you.
      Yes you can have 2 C&R 03 FFL's; 1 in California and 1 in a different state.
