HK 45 vs HK USP?

    It would be cool if they added some stuff. Maybe a grip safety - something other then just the basic old looks and minor changes. I guess we will have to wait and see when it comes out. Doubt it is gonna kick the USP's butt though.

      If the M&P .45 is any indication of grip feel (and they do look similar and have similar specs) it will definitely kick the USPs butt in ergonomics. I own 3 USPs. They're all bricks to hold. It could definitely use some refining.

      Why do you want a grip safety? You worried about an AD? Anyone heard of a USP AD? Just adds more things to go wrong. I prefer they KISS. If you're such a fan of the USP, then it makes even MORE sense they don't change much.

      People are going nuts over the G21SF which is a far smaller and much more incremental change compared to this.

      The whole concept of it being designed as a 10rd gun also makes it perfect for CA. We get all the capacity that's legal in a new gun without the grip being bigger than required. Especially important for a .45.
