I have both the Glock 20 and the Kimber. Like others have already pointed what do you plan to use it for. My G20 is my current sidearm when hunting.

I'd be looking at 1911s and maybe the EAA Witness.Originally posted by tuna quesadillaSure, a good 1911 will feed FMJ ammo flawlessly, and some of them will even feed JHP. But they lack the features that make the Glock the excellent pistol that it is. A 1911 is an enthusiast's toy, not a serious combat pistol.Comment

I shoot a Colt Delta Elite with a Ed Brown Match barrel. Not one of the newer ones, but one of the original models. I love it! I love it so much I’m converting my other favorite pistol to 10mm. A HK USP .40. Here is what I have so far. Kinda my USP Tac10.

Wow..! Beautiful weapon.!..is that flash hider an HK product.?
Can you use the normal .40 mags for 10MM..?
Thanks

Thanks! The vortex flash hider isn't a HK product. I got it from CCF when I purchased the threaded barrel. Because it's titanium, it's lighter than the steel ones you normally see on a .45. This way it doesn't affect the cycle rate if using lighter loads.
The 10mm rounds are longer and require different mags than the .40. It takes a little work but it's work having a unique pistol.Comment

Great news Oceanbob, as soon as you are done with that project, and shooting that HK all the time, you can sell me your Colt
