    10mm

I've been wanting to join the 10mm club lately. Since the only semi auto 10mm on roster are the Glock 20/29, and Kimber Stainless Target/ Eclipse, which one would you get the Glock 20 or Stainless Target? OR should I just pay MSRP and get a nicer 10mm thats off roster? If so what off roster 10mm? Thanks.

I really like my Glock 20, but if I could do it over again I would get the SF model due to the much better ergo's.

10mm rocks! You are going to love it.

Glock 20, because they just work, and they just work with all sorts of loadings. Not to mention they're less expensive, have a huge aftermarket, and did I mention they just work?

                  Glock 20
                  Glock 29

Personally I love both and own both but my GLOCK 29 rocks.

I have big hands and can palm a basketball, so the normal frame works for me. If you have smaller hands then get the SF model (short frame)

I own several of both models.

Both models can be pimped with varous options. They are powerful and extremely accurate. Fun to shoot.

I reload 10MM as well. My favorite Cartridge.

                  Be well, Bob

What are you using it for? For example, I wanted a backpacking self defense pistol, so I wanted to keep weight down, which led me to the Glock 29. If I wanted a range gun I wouldn't have picked that one though.

I have been thinking of a Glock 20sf, the smaller grip on these is great, I have a G21sf and it is almost as slim as a G17. Obviously this depends on your personal preference and hand size. You will also pay half the price of a Kimber...

I have a Colt Delta Elite and love it! Although it was my first gun, I would trade up for a Dan Wesson Bob Tail 10mm. One for sale

Even with my 1911 "issues", I would say a Glock would be a great way to go.

                        Good luck and have fun!

I have a glock 20 as well as the 29, I also have a kimber eclipse custom 2. All three firearms have been flawless with no issues. I think the others have it right, what will you be using this gun for? If it was for the outdoors i would suggest the 29 if it was strictly for target shooting at the range I would go with the 1911. That being said the 20 is a great gun as well. With 10mm it helps a little if you reload but you can also find factory ammo out there, I have loaded fairly hot rounds in to each of the three guns with no issues. I like the 10mm so much my next AR will be built around an olympic arms 10mm upper, If anyone has any experience with one of those I would love some feed back on them. Not sure if it will be a pistol or carbine length. Hope this helps.
