ah yes, but do you own the most important tools in a diy gunsmith kit? the old dremel, buffing wheel and some flitz metal polish? i installed the 3.5 connector and gave a the necessary parts a good polish on my g23, and the trigger is loads better. i think you'll like the end result from a good .25 cent trigger job.well as far as my tools i have a tig, mig, aymmetrical car lift, 20,000 in snap on
and do lsx edit as a hobby.i believe i am very proficient with them.Back to the question. my son bought me a g21 as a retirement gift last sept.my son asked me why i rarely shoot it? i told him it didnot feel like my 1911s or my sigs with srt.he bought me the trigger for my bday last week.so maybe i should just toss it and do a twentyfive cent trigger job?TacGunner530

I did the ghost rocket kit with the extra springs. Shooting at the range was great, super light and short, hover it was a little too light for everyday use. So I changed everything out, but left the firing pin spring stock. Was a good compromise. It actually feels like a real 3.5# trigger.- I don't believe in Safety First. Never have and never will.

I have tried every combination of connector, spring, polish except the Vanek.
The Glockworx Fulcrum is the very best I have used. It took care of every issue I had with the trigger pull. It is lighter but more importantly, there is no stacking. The pull is extremly smooth. I left it at the facory setting. Still has plenty of take up so as not to be too short, a very crisp break, and shorter reset. I use it in my carry weapon.

I would get the same parts with the LS trigger becuase the LS trigger is just the trigger bar.

FWIW, I installed a cheap 3.5 lb connector on my G23 and it's made a noticeable improvement over the stock trigger pull. It not only lightened up the pull, but it also removed some of the creep and improved the reset as well. It's still nothing like a 1911 trigger (what is?), but it's still fun to shoot.Comment

what part number did you get? i just scored my first glock and plan on adding a few parts. i want the DIY trigger kit,not the one a armorer needs to install.I did the ghost rocket kit with the extra springs. Shooting at the range was great, super light and short, hover it was a little too light for everyday use. So I changed everything out, but left the firing pin spring stock. Was a good compromise. The Ghost Rocket is nice but it is a bit of a pain to install. That's why I recommend our 3.5# connector (or any reg. 3.5# connector) and our Ultimate Trigger Stop. Its the same theory of the rocket but unlike the rocket you can readjust it anytime. With the rocket, if you grind it too much its pretty much useless. With the UTS its just a set screw allowing you to change it anytime.Marketing Staff

I did the ultimate one. You don't really need an armorer to do it. Just a little patience and some sand paper or a file. The nice thing is that if you mess up the rocket connector, you can get a replacement at no cost. That is how simple it is. You don't modify any of the OEM parts, just a little filing on the connector to make it fit exactly how you like it.- I don't believe in Safety First. Never have and never will.
