I'm an oldster (77) and have shot many handguns so I do have a few opinions. First, I dearly love the old 1911's and still own and shoot them, BUT I also own a Sig Sauer 226, a Springfield Armory .45 Champion, and my all time favorite - a HK .45C. As you get older a few things begin to change like eyesight, strength, endurance and some arthritis. So, you adapt to those inconveniences and keep on shooting.

The HK is one of the best handguns on the market today with excellent "feel", accuracy and reliability. This is the one gun I rely on under any conditions. I now prefer double action capability when years age it wasn't important to me. The sights are quick and easy to align and the trigger is just great. In short, the Hk is a great "fit' for me.

Folks who shoot tend to fall in love over and over again with the great firearms products available today, I'm no exception.

The best part about owning a G21/G21SF -

Is being able to swap the slide/mags to fire off .50cal 330gr HP rounds...
