    The .45 mags are expensive. 9mm and .40 mags are not. I bought six mags for my USPc .40 for like 15 bucks a piece awhile back.

    My USPc is my "never leave home without it" gun. Have way over 5k rounds through it (I don't bother counting anymore, but it's probably closer to 8k) and not a single malfunction, and the gun shows very minimal wear inside and out. I converted it to light LEM and really fell in love with that trigger system. I paid 800+ NIB for mine about 3yrs ago but I would not hesitate to pick up a used HK if it appeared to be in decent shape. These guns will last forever, are easy to work on, and their reliability is top-notch.
