Why a Python? I always thought my well broken in Smith revolver had a nice trigger until I tried a friend's Python; definitely a difference in the design and attention to assembly.
              why a python?
because Hutch had one, in the original. starsky and hutch, series, and all the bad cops, in "magnum force", the movie.

Why a Python? If I have to explain it to you, you wouldn't understand.

I wish I could find the wood grips for mine. I'm pretty well done shooting it. It's now a Safe Queen/BBQ gun. I have one, won't sell or trade it....ever. Many titles, medals and awards won with that gun, it ain't going no where.

So it's kinda like a 1911 is it? I'm kind of scared to try one now...

hehe. Good thing they don't have any for rent at the ranges. But I am kind of sad that they discontinued it.

I'd love to see this Python too. If the finish is 99.5% and it's truly unfired NIB complete with box and paperwork, I'd find a way to raise a little north of $1500 for it.
