Do you have any comparison's between the 2? I would like to know this for certain before running 200 +p's through my G21SF. Thanks.NRA Life Member and Certified Instructor: Pistol - Rifle - Shotgun - PPITH - PPOTH - NRA Certified RSO

So, I spent an hour or 2 at the range today and fed some 10mm though the G21SF.
I only had 1 stovepipe, and it was my error, I'm still not used to the large grip.
Prior to my visit, I modified my G20 mags to be interchangable with the ambi release.
0.827 top cut line
1.000 bottom cut line
FROM the top of the mag.
Function was flawless, NO FTL, FTE or FTF. Great stuff!! Still waiting to see the G20 and G21 slide weight differences.NRA Life Member and Certified Instructor: Pistol - Rifle - Shotgun - PPITH - PPOTH - NRA Certified RSO

M4inCA,
Do you have a M17 and M22? they have the same relationship in the internally thinned slides as the M21 and M20. The exterior dimensions are the same but the M21 has material taken out on the inside of each side. That long scalloped area on each side of the barrel on the M21 and M17 are not there on the M20 and M22 respectively. The Glock website states the M20 is 1.4 oz heavier than the M21 but some of that weight is due to the small hole in the barrel. The M22 is .88oz heavier than the M17 even with the larger bore. So it's probably a pretty good guesstimate that the M20 slide is about 1oz heavier than the M21 slide. Is that a big enough difference? Maybe/Maybe not, but Glock put it there for a reason..Luck favors the prepared.
